Toxicity is broadly estimated as acute toxicity or chronic toxicity. In acute toxicity the adverse effects are immediately observed, where as in chronic toxicity the measurements and effects come in later stage and for longer duration. It is highly important that both effects are not observable as then the drug wonâ??t be suitable enough, as in for the first in the human trials. In-silico experiments are completely computer simulation based where many computer softwareâ??s and equipmentâ??s are used to judge the viability of the investigational drug. In-silico experiments judge the safety and efficacy of the drug using the power of computer simulations and computerized calculations. It helps in developing proper understanding the strengths and limitations of a drug as well as its dose in order to make it pass through human trials or clinical trials. The present research is based on computer simulation calculations.
